مشاركات في الحفل الخيري

زفاف قريبتي أو صديقتي المفضلة لكني لن أذهب لحضوره لانشغالي في الدراسة..معرض الكتاب في مدينتي وسأظل أراقب أصدقائي وهم يعرضون مشترياتهم وأنا أتحسر وألعن الدراسة التي تحبسني عن الذهاب…مباراة فاصلة ومهمة جداً، يكفيني أن أعرف النتيجة..لكنهم سيذهبون لمتابعتها في المقهى!..هذه الخواطر ومثلها الكثير التي تدور في عقل الطلاب.

بعض الطلاب يجرفهم تيار الغرق في الدراسة، فينغمسون بشكل كبير في دراستهم سواء بهدف تحسين الأداء الأكاديمي أو لأسباب تتعلق بعدم رغبتهم بالانخراط في الحياة الاجتماعية. فتتعاقب عليهم الأيام بدون أي أنشطة ترفيهية، وبدون ارتياد ثمة نشاط أو هواية ما تروح عن أنفسهم وتذيب جليد الضغط النفسي والعصبي، فتمر بهم الأيام سريعًا وتستهلكهم الأيام لتضيق حياتهم بالنهاية إلى العمل الممل الرتيب الذي يقتل روح الحماس والنشوة الاجتماعية.

ربما يكون أنا أو أنت واحدًا ممن أقصده في مقالي هذا، فقد مرت حياتي الدراسية سريعًا، أصارع من أجل البقاء على قيد التميز والتفوق الأكاديمي، ورغم عشقي للأنشطة الترويحية والاجتماعية إلا إني كنت أرفضها بشكل كبير خلال فترات الدراسة، زاعمًة أن ممارسة نشاط أو زيارة الأقارب وحضور المناسبات العائلية الرسمية والغير رسمية ما هي إلا مضيعة للوقت، وأن هناك ما يستحق وقتي أكثر من هذا العبث!

ولكن ما كنت أفعله هو العبث حقًا! فقد تكاثرت الضغوط العصبية والنفسية على ذهني حتى أصابني حالة من الضيق في وقت ما وشعور بعدم القدرة على مواصلة المسيرة التعليمية.

فالكثير من الدراسات الخاصة بعلم النفس تشير إلى أهمية استغلال وقت الفراغ خلال فترات الدراسة وإلى أهمية الترويح عن النفس وممارسة الأنشطة الاجتماعية أو الهوايات بشكل منتظم لتحسين الأداء بوجه عام.

ومن هنا يتوجب استحضار سؤال هام: كيف يمكن إدارة أوقات الفراغ أثناء الفترة الدراسية وكيف يمكن مزاولة الأنشطة الاجتماعية المختلفة؟

وقت الفراغ هو حالة صراع بين الإنسان نفسه من ناحية وعقله من ناحية أخرى، فالفراغ وقت حر نود استغلاله وف الوقت ذاته حالة للعقل نود الوصول إليها.

فالأنشطة الاجتماعية وحسن استغلال أوقات الفراغ أثناء الدراسة يخدم الآتي:

1- زيادة وتحسين الإنتاج: تعد فترات الاستراحة بمثابة ترويح عن النفس وفرصة رائعة لالتقاط الأنفاس والتخفيف من عبء الدراسة وضغط المذاكرة والعمل المستمر، فالترويح عن النفس فرصة كفيلة باستعادة النشاط وزيادة الإنتاج.

2- تساعد الأنشطة الاجتماعية والترويح عن النفس في رفع شعور الفرد بالتحرك نحو هوية وهواية سامية.

3- تتبع فترات الترويح عن النفس فرص جدية لتحسين المستوى الدراسي والإنجاز وتحقيق النمو الذاتي.

4- تشعر الفرد بأهميته وقيمته وتشبع رغباته وتنمي مهاراته.

5- تمنح الفرد شعور بالطموح والتحدي والموازنة بين الأمور.

6- تسمح للشخص بالانخراط في مجتمعه ومع عائلته وأسرته وذويه، وتكسبه قدرة على كسب الود والتعامل الاجتماعي بشكل فريد.

7- تعتبر مصدر هام من مصادر الشعور بالسعادة والرضا، وتساعد في الحفاظ على الصحة البدنية والنفسية للفرد.

8- يمكن النظر إليها من ناحية علاجية، حيث تعزز تنمية المهارات والسلوكيات، وتحرر الأفراد من الشعور بالتوتر الذي يعيق مواصلة أعمالهم اليومية بنجاح.

9- تكسبه القدرة على مواجهة المشكلات والتفكير الإبداعي في حلول واقعية ومناسبة.

10- تقلل من التوتر وتقصي الفرد عن الميل للسلوك العدواني وحمايته منا لاضطرابات السلوكية كالقلق.

ولكن هنا نثير تساؤل آخر، هل يمكن قضاء وقت الفراغ أو أوقات الاسترخاء بأي شكل وعلى أي وتيرة؟

بالطبع لا، يجب إعداد منهجية وخطة واضحة وهدف لمتابعة تنظيم إدارة أوقات الفراغ أثناء فترات الدراسة، فالهدف المرجو هنا هو الالتحاق بأي نشاط اجتماعي أو رياضي أو فني أو أي نشاط آخر هادف يعزز مواصة الفرد لمتابعة مهام الدراسة مرة أخرى، وإلا فتتحول إلى نقمة ذات نتائج سلبية.

فإذا تم إعداد مرحلة الارتياح والترويح عن النفس، فستشعر بالانتعاش والرغبة في مواصلة الدراسة بنفس راضية، وستشعر بسلام ذاتي مع نفسك وبيئتك، وهنا تلبي أهم احتياجات خاصة بالإنسان وهي اشباع الاحتياجات النفسية.

فهيا ابدأ من الآن، احص عدد ساعات دراستك يوميًا، ولا تنس إحصاء أوقات الفراغ مما تبقى من يومك، فكر في الهوايات والأنشطة التي تعثر من خلالها على ذاتك الحقيقة، ولا تنس واجباتك الاجتماعية نحو أصدقائك وعائلتك وأقاربك..

ما هي الأنشطة الاجتماعية والوسائل التي يمكن للطالب بها الترويح عن نفسه والتخلص من ضغوطات الدراسة؟

فلنفكر سويًا في الطرق المجدية التي يمكننا بها استثمار أوقات الفراغ في فترات الدراسة، ولنساعدك على التفكير واستخراج المهارات والمواهب المكنونة بداخلك، حاولنا تفصيل المجالات والأنشطة المناسبة التي تساعدك على الاختيار الأمثل، وتتمثل في:

1- الأنشطة الاجتماعية: والتي تتسم باندماج الفرد مع الآخرين في مواقف تفاعلية، ويندرج تحتها عدة مقترحات منها:

  • حضور أنشطة اجتماعية.
  • حضور حفلات أو دعوات.
  • التحدث مع أفراد الأسرة بصفة دورية.
  • التحدث مع الأصدقاء.
  • التجمع في نواد أو مجتمعات مختلفة.
  • زيارة الأقارب.

2- الأنشطة الثقافية: والتي تستهدف إضافة معلومات أو بيانات جديدة، ويتفرع منها:

  • قراءة الكتب بهدف التسلية والاستفادة في آن واحد.
  • حضور محاضرات ودروس دينية وروحانية.
  • حضور ندوات ثقافية وعلمية وأدبية.
  • قراءة المجلات والصحف.
  • مشاهدة برامج التلفزيون الهادفة.
  • التردد بصفة مستمرة على المكتبات العامة.
  • حضور عروض مسرحية.

3- الأنشطة الخلوية: وهي تلك الأنشطة المتعلقة بالجوانب البيئية والطبيعية وتكون خارج إطار المنزل، وتتمثل في:

  • زيارة المعارض والمتاحف.
  • التنزه بالحدائق والمنتزهات.
  • التسوق.
  • الجلوس للتأمل والتفكر.
  • الالتحاق بالمعسكرات الكشفية.
  • الصيد.

4- الأنشطة الرياضية: وتتمثل في الآتي:

  • الألعاب المختلفة كالشطرنج والطاولة ولعب الورق.
  • ألعاب الكمبيوتر المختلفة.
  • المشاركة في الألعاب الجماعية مثل كرة القدم وغيرها.
  • حضور سباق للخيل.

5- الهوايات الشخصية: وهي أهم ما يجب الالتفات إليه ومحاولة تنميته حتى لا تندثر وتموت، ومنها:

  • التمثيل.
  • الأعمال والأشغال الفنية المختلفة.
  • الرسم والتصوير الفوتوغرافي.
  • كتابة المقالات أو الشعر أو القصص.
  • تربية الدواجن والطيور.
  • تربية أسماك الزينة.
  • الاهتمام بالزراعة وخاصة زراعة النباتات.
  • الهوايات المختلفة الأخرى مثل جمع الطوابع والعملات المعدنية والورقية وغيرها.

الخيارات واسعة، فكر فيما تحب للترويح عن النفس وقضاء أفضل الأوقات في الأنشطة الاجتماعية والرياضية وغيرها لتستطيع مواصلة الحياة الدراسية.

ولكن انتبه! لم نقصد في مقالنا هذا أن يغض الطالب نظره عن الدراسة ويقوم بإهمالها في سبيل إشباع رغباته وهواياته، وإنما هدفنا هو توعية الطالب بأهمية ممارسة الأنشطة المختلفة الترويحية لتحسين الصحة النفسية دون المساس بالحياة الدراسية..

فقط خطط جيدًا، قسم وقتك، كن واعيًا، ولا تدع أمرًا يطغى على الآخر؛ فالدراسة ليست معركة تخوضها مع ذاتك وإنما هي وسيلة لإكسابك المزيد من الثقافة والوعي وتساعدك على تدبير وإدارة وقتك بالطريقة المثلى..
